Yoga/ Mobility + Stretching
Mobility & Stretching
Working to improve range of motion and reduce risk of injury by actively focusing on deliberately lengthening target muscles and increasing movement in joints. Stretching poses are held for a minimum of 30 seconds while mobility poses include repetition rocking in and out of the end range of a joint.
Yoga
Yoga is a sequence of movements that allow you to connect with your body through mindfulness, physical flows, and breathwork. Yoga has been proven to help build strength, improve mobility, manage pain, and reduce stress. Renewed Strength Fitness yoga is accessible to everyone of different backgrounds and experiences with instructor(s) that will guide you through the entirety of the flow and will modify each pose to adapt to your comfort.
About Brandi
Brandi Adams first started her yoga journey 8 years ago as a way of prioritizing herself, both physically and mentally, after adopting her son. She is accredited by Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 500 level, meaning she has completed 500 hours of teacher training and earned the highest level certification for yoga teacher training. She specializes in teaching athletes yoga, mobility and stretching, and modifying classes to meet you at your comfort level. Brandi believes yoga is for everyone and works with her students to ensure that they enter her class with confidence, are present during the flow, and leave feeling more grounded and one with their mind, body, and soul.
